Routine 1-day rust nightly toolchain bump (nightly-2026-08-27 → nightly-2026-08-28), single-line diff in rust-toolchain.toml. No RELEASES.md entries between these two dates and nothing else in the repo depends on toolchain-specific behavior beyond rustfmt/clippy/rust-src components, which are unaffected. CI checks that have completed are green (osv-scanner, gitleaks, zizmor, snyk, PR title lint); Test & Build and a few security jobs were still in progress at review time but nothing had failed. No blocking concerns.
